Returns Information

If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to us. We will accept products back for exchange (or a full refund) as long as it is in its original box, the inner packaging is still sealed and the product itself is unused or unworn. We cannot refund postage.

For correctly shipped goods it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping.  In the event of incorrect goods being shipped Bearing Basement will cover all shipping costs incurred returning the item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund given the information above.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This usually occurs within 24 hours, but please allow 2-3 days to allow for refund to be cleared by your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bearingbasement.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product send us an email at info@bearingbasement.com and send your item to the address below.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our end.

Depending on where you live the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If you are shipping an item over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
